Representing Jamaica on the world stage

Flag Football Jamaica is a vibrant community of athletes driven by a shared love for the sport and a commitment to representing Jamaica on the world stage.

Our mission is to qualify for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles, showcasing our nation's talent and spirit. We are dedicated to inspiring future generations, fostering community growth, and embodying the resilience of the Jamaican spirit through flag football.

We believe in the power of sport to unite communities, build character, and create pathways to success for athletes across Jamaica and the diaspora.

Key milestones in Flag Football Jamaica's rise to international competition.

2023

Flag Football Jamaica Founded

A group of passionate athletes and organizers came together to formally establish FFJ with a vision to compete internationally.

2024

First National Team Selection

Held the first ever national team selection camp, bringing together the best flag football talent from across Jamaica and the diaspora.

2025

International Debut

Jamaica's flag football team competed in its first international competition, representing the island on the global stage.

2026

Olympic Qualification Journey Begins

With flag football debuting at the 2028 Olympics, Jamaica enters the qualification pathway through IFAF-sanctioned events.

2028

LA 2028 Olympics

Our ultimate goal: representing Jamaica at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles, competing against the best in the world.
